Delivery process

Thien Vuong Fish Cake delivers nationwide. Upon receiving an order from the buyer and after confirming the purchase information over the phone, Thien Vuong Fish Cake will proceed to deliver the goods according to the customer's request

For orders delivered between provinces/cities, the staff will provide detailed advice on the most convenient delivery method. Shipping costs and shipping times will be provided to the customer when the staff calls to advise the customer.

Determine the responsibilities of the trader and logistics service provider regarding the provision of goods documents during the delivery process.

All orders are pre-packaged before being shipped by Thien Vuong Fish Cake.

The shipping unit will only be responsible for transporting the goods according to the principle of "original packaging".

All orders have the following information on the packaging:

Recipient information, including: Recipient name, phone number and recipient address

Order shipping code

Time of checking goods

After receiving the goods, if the customer checks and finds any errors, they can contact the e-commerce department via hotline 0913292235 for support in exchanging or returning. Note, customers should record a video when opening the package for comparison when necessary.

Scope of checking goods

Customers can check the product after receiving the goods from the delivery staff according to the following criteria:

- According to the basic properties of the goods including: name of goods, unit of measure, quantity, packaging specifications, etc.

- According to the model displayed by the product image saved when placing the order and after the staff confirms the order.

- Note that during the checking process, customers do not peel or open the product packaging.
